Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at info@kevinsheffield.com. Ensure the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Returns will not be accepted after the 30-day period.

How to Return an Item

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7 days. There are no restocking fees.

Exchanges
We do not handle exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item and create a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
